Verified brand directory

Start with the brand you can see.

These brand records link to official Canadian support or model-lookup sources. Choose the equipment type, then describe the actual symptom. Catalog inclusion does not promise a provider match.

How this directory works

A brand record is evidence, not a service promise.

Each listed combination has a reviewed Canada-facing manufacturer or support destination and a defined equipment category. We publish only the combinations selected for the current Kelowna pilot; the larger catalog remains internal until demand, unique usefulness, local routing, and content-quality checks pass.

“Verified” means the source and catalog relationship were checked on the date shown. It does not mean Local Fix Match or an independent provider is authorized by the manufacturer, has parts in stock, or will accept a particular request.

01

Find the physical label.

Use the identifier printed on the appliance rather than a product name remembered from a receipt or an image search. Preserve spaces, hyphens, and suffix letters.

02

Describe observable behaviour.

Record the cycle stage, affected compartment, temperature, water location, sound, smell, or displayed message. A code alone is not a diagnosis.

03

Keep private identifiers private.

The model number is useful for request review. Do not place a serial number, receipt, warranty document, or personal label in public notes or an unrelated photo.
