Independent provider

You operate independently from Local Fix Match. Approval, a listing, or access to a request is not employment, partnership, an endorsement, an authorization by a manufacturer, or a promise that the customer will hire you.

Truthful application

You must provide accurate business identity, service scope, coverage, insurance, licence, and certificate information; keep it current; and accept only work you are legally qualified and equipped to perform. Regulated work may remain unavailable until credentials are verified. Local Fix Match may pause or revoke access when information is incomplete, expired, misleading, or unsafe.

Lead access and price

Before checkout, the marketplace shows the complete Local Fix Match price for access to that request, including mandatory platform fees. Applicable government sales tax may be added and identified at checkout. Payment unlocks access only after Local Fix Match receives a valid signed payment confirmation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a lead is sold exclusively to one provider, but purchase does not guarantee a booking, response, revenue, or successful repair.

Customer information

Before purchase you receive only coarse request facts. After purchase, use customer information solely to evaluate and fulfil that request, protect it with reasonable safeguards, restrict it to personnel who need it, and delete local copies when no longer required. Do not sell, enrich, scrape, export, market to, or reuse customer information for unrelated purposes.

Private communications and recording

Use the Local Fix Match proxy number when one is provided. Do not use hidden contact information or technical workarounds to bypass the platform. Calls may be recorded only after the required notice and consent for service coordination, safety, and dispute resolution. If a participant does not consent, use the available non-recorded account or support channel.

Your service contract

You are responsible for your own estimate, taxes, appointment terms, workmanship, warranties, permits, safety practices, refunds, and compliance with consumer-protection and trade rules. Do not claim a price, arrival time, authorization, licence, part availability, warranty, or service coverage that you cannot substantiate.

Enforcement

Local Fix Match may review activity, suspend access, revoke a purchase, preserve evidence, or cooperate with payment, safety, privacy, consumer-protection, or law-enforcement authorities where reasonably required. Material misuse of personal information, false credentials, unsafe work, chargeback abuse, or platform circumvention may result in immediate suspension.
