Describe
Type what happened or record a short voice note. Include the appliance, symptom, location, and anything that makes the situation urgent. No technical diagnosis is required.
How it works
The process separates three things that are easy to blur together: submitting the problem, possible provider review, and a provider agreeing to the work.
Type what happened or record a short voice note. Include the appliance, symptom, location, and anything that makes the situation urgent. No technical diagnosis is required.
Local Fix Match organizes the details into a short request. Check and edit the summary before adding contact information and choosing to send it.
The completed request is stored for review. Submission does not mean a provider has seen or accepted the job.
A submitted request may be reviewed or shared with a participating independent provider, but submission does not guarantee a match or response.
Before anything is submitted
The organized summary is a starting point, not a hidden decision. You can correct the appliance, symptom, urgency, and location before submitting it.
Nothing is sent until the review and contact steps are completed.
The important boundary
Local Fix Match does not guarantee a provider match, response, appointment, price, or arrival time. It also does not employ technicians, diagnose the failed part, or set provider pricing.
If a provider chooses to respond, that provider confirms availability, timing, diagnosis, price, and service terms directly with you.

A provider may ask for the brand, model number, fault code, installation details, photos, or a clearer account of when the symptom appears.
Ask the provider about charges, estimates, timing, parts, and warranty terms before agreeing to the appointment or work.
Smoke, fire, gas smell, sparking, flooding, or shock risk needs immediate safety action, not a routine matching request.
